My Courts Series is still a work-in-process.\u00a0 But, I have decided to go ahead and post each part as it is completed.\u00a0 I regret that the work is going to be interrupted again, because I will be away from the computer until the end of the week.\u00a0 I hope to be able to complete and publish the parts quickly when I return!\u00a0 Thank you, Itasca<\/em>.<\/strong><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

August 1, 2013<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

I am actually still working on the Courts Post, in the midst of a number of interruptions.\u00a0 And, I’ve found that the realization I reported last has added enough to the series, that I will probably have to break it into four Parts, rather than three.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

It is<\/strong> of paramount import to me that once I commit to a post subject, that I always seek God’s will and the discernment write for His Glory and for the edification of His people.\u00a0 Therefore, when the subject matter flows to greater lengths than I at first anticipated, I still seek to pursue it from the first to the logical last premise, tying it all back to the beginning.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Circumstances have caused progress to stall or slow further, but I have faith that God will help me to complete and publish it in His Perfect Timing.\u00a0 Amen.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Also, when I am deep into the process of researching and writing a post, it is easier to maintain focus if I don’t take too many sidetracks, i.e. adding to the Menu Section, except in preparing additions in conjunction with that post.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

In researching a thread of history regarding the Constitution and the Supreme Court during the wee hours of this morning, I came upon a critical aspect of our Nation’s Foundation and the authority of the National Government under the Constitution.\u00a0 I realized it was something I had not really comprehended before, and I believe many Americans are in the same boat with me!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

It is imperative that I address this fact, well-known by those in the legal field, but not commonly discussed for reasons that will become clear as I address it in the Post.\u00a0 This is going to delay publication even further, but, I hope to be able to make the adjustment quickly enough to still publish this week!\u00a0 Thank you!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

I believe the Post study on the Courts is a very important subject.\u00a0 It<\/strong><\/span> has become at least three Parts, with linked Reference Pages in the Menu Section.\u00a0 I am including examples from pertinent Supreme Court cases where I believe they contribute to the overall theme of the study.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

All of this is taking more time than I anticipated!\u00a0 Please watch for the whole “paper” this week (if the LORD wills).\u00a0 Once the writing is completed it takes more time to finish the internal formatting and structural Page set-up.\u00a0 This online publishing is a wonderful tool, but, it is quite time-consuming to make it right!\u00a0 I would rather take more time and do my best, with God’s blessings in His timing, than rush and have to fix it later. I’m still researching and writing the Post on the Courts!\u00a0 Sometimes Life changes my plans.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

July 16, 2013<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

I’m working on a Post on the Courts, focusing on the Supreme Court, but the concept also encompasses the inferior Judicial Branch Courts.\u00a0 In order to keep the length of one Post from growing too large, it will be published in at least two-parts, possibly three.\u00a0 I plan to finish and publish all three parts in the same time frame, as I did the “WHO IS Obama” series.\u00a0 Hopefully, it will be ready by early morning on July 17.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

July 10, 2013<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

I published a Page in the Menu Section under “Historical Documents,” of details and text of the Virginia and Kentucky Resolutions of 1798 & 1799.\u00a0 These resolutions were written by Thomas Jefferson and James Madison in protest against the Alien and Sedition Acts of 1798.\u00a0 They are of paramount importance to understanding our Constitution and the foundation of America.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

July 8, 2013<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Having published “Bill of Rights Assaulted,” this morning, I received a terrific patriotic video, “We The People,” from 2010.\u00a0 It is so good I decided to add it to the Post.\u00a0 It is now embedded on the Post.\u00a0 I think you will really it and another one that is offered at the end, “Marine Stuns TEA Party with Fourth Verse of Star-Bangled Banner.”\u00a0 The title is in error, it is the Second Stanza, but it is also terrific!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

July 6, 2013<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

This site is receiving an annoying amount of “spam comments” that are generated by spam bots (robots) travelling the internet and creating backlinks to provide links for pirates through my website.\u00a0 The spam filter, Akismet, seems to work very well in finding them, but sometimes the comments are cleverly worded in a generic way and it is difficult to know if they are true spam or legitimate.\u00a0 It is time-consuming to go through them and decide if they are indeed spam.
\n<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

So, in order to try to eliminate these non-human servants of unscrupulous people from all over the world, I have added a Captcha Test to all comment boxes.\u00a0 It is not like the difficult-to-see Captchas, and I hope it will be easy to use.\u00a0 It presents a simple arithmetic problem and you just enter the answer in the little box.\u00a0 It may be a numeral or a word answer.\u00a0 Please let me know if you have any problems with it by sending me an e-mail (See the Contact Tab in the Menu.)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

After updating the “Let Them Reap The Wind” early this morning to for the Fourth of July, I found a wonderful video created with President Ronald Reagan speaking on Freedom.\u00a0 Hence, I updated it again at 12:50PM MST to add a comment and link to the video.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

I have to shut-down the computer shortly for the rest of the day, for electricity usage reasons, but, I’m working on the next Blog Post and hope to publish it on May 23.\u00a0 I’m also working on additions to the Menu Sections and Pages.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

[State mandates for the use of “renewables” are driving-up electricity rates across the nation, causing users to have to choose restrictive plans!\u00a0 Renewables are much more costly and DO NOTrelieve factors claimed to be causing so-called, “man-made global warming.”\u00a0 Ratepayers worldwide are being gouged to pay for multi-billion dollar industries to supply inefficient and polluting energy sources for no reason other than the de-modernization of civilization, and to transfer billions upon billions of dollars to unscrupulous businesses and their support industries, and governmental enablers.]<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

A new Post “Man’s Inhumanity to Man & to All Creatures” was published on May 16; the Title was later shortened to “Man’s Inhumanity” for better search engine visibility.\u00a0 Four new article links were added to the “Wind Turbine Syndrome Site Links” Page, on May 16, 17, and 22.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Links to two new articles have been added to the “Wind Turbine Syndrome Site Links” Page.\u00a0 These articles are included on the Post referenced in the next two paragraphs herein.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Two notes have been added to the Post, “Man’s Inhumanity to Man & to All Creatures.”\u00a0 The first is on the first WTS article regarding the doctor’s reference to autism and the latest statistic of its occurrence in American Births, and a comment regarding the effects of Industrial Wind Turbines on Everyone with Autism Spectrum Disorder.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The second note is on the third WTS article regarding the embedded video.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

A disturbing report on Horse Foals in Portugal is the<\/strong><\/span> latest WTS Site article.\u00a0 I’ve added links to it on the “WIND TURBINE SYNDROME SITE LINKS,” Page.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

I just added two Radio Talk Shows to the sub-Page under the “OTHER SOURCES” Menu Tab.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

I also added a feature to this Section and the Activity Logs.\u00a0 The date and time of changes are now shown in the Page Titles.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Several interruptions have interfered with my hope to have published my next Blog Post by now.\u00a0 The Hosting Service for the site frequently fails to connect my computer to the server and causes delays.\u00a0 There have been time-sensitive Calls-to-Action that require immediate attention regarding Industrial Wind Energy’s numerous adverse impacts to our lives.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Past experience over the past 3+ months of publishing has shown me that when working on the site doesn’t go as well as I hope, the actual results are better-timed than my plans would have been.\u00a0 This has been a reminder and reinforcement of the fact that God’s Timing is Perfect.<\/span>\u00a0 I appreciate your understanding and will accomplish more here as quickly as possible, as the LORD wills.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

There is an option to subscribe to Blog Post Updates<\/span> and automatically receive a <\/strong><\/span>new Post in <\/strong><\/span>an E-mail message at the time of initial publication.\u00a0 The sign-up window is in the sidebar on every page of the site.\u00a0 This works only at the initial posting, and does not occur for Post edits or for Page publications\/edits.\u00a0 One reason for creating this Comments Section and the Activity Logs is so that you can readily check for changes, along with making comments and announcements such as this one.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

I am working on two Blog Posts that seem to be intertwined, hence I haven’t finished and published either one.\u00a0 Hopefully, they will be ready very soon.\u00a0 The News Cycles seem critical to providing additional information to their overall message, such that, had I already posted them it would have been premature.\u00a0 They are coming together now more easily, so I think publication is in sight!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Also, I’ve found that it is not always easy to access the Wind Turbine Syndrome Site via the Feed or through its Home Page.\u00a0 There are three new articles: “The Face & Voice of WTS in Vermont,” “Israel Trashes Wind Energy,” & “Behavioral Pediatrician Warns of Wind Turbine Syndrome in Children Ontario.”<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

I am editing the WTS Feed Menu Page to make it easier to access the Current New & Articles Page and these articles specifically.\u00a0 I will plan to update that Page regularly with article titles and links.\u00a0 Hopefully, you will also want to visit the rest of the site!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

I activated a “Widget<\/span>” to automatically format “Our Liberty, Under God<\/span>” for certain smart phones, on April 21st.\u00a0 But, I’m not able to check it myself.\u00a0 If you view the site on your smart phone and it doesn’t display properly, please let me know and tell me the model of phone.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/span>I will try again to fix it.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

This site does not have a search window dedicated to the site because it wasn’t working properly, if I can fix it I will re-enable it.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

[GENERAL SEARCH TIP:<\/span> I’ve learned a very useful tactic.\u00a0 If you have a quote and you want to find it on the Internet, you can copy the entire text or part of it, paste it into the browser search window, and the search engine will find it for you!]<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

One important task I have yet to do is to set-up the “Search Engine Optimization<\/span>” function.\u00a0 This feature is how a website becomes more visible to the search engines we use to find what we’re looking for on the Internet.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Once it’s enabled, it will be easier to find “Our Liberty, Under God<\/span>” and particular webpages within the site, using a search engine, such as, Yahoo, Bing, Google, and others.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

I hope to get this started as soon as possible, and may have to do one Post at a time.\u00a0 It involves creating “Tags” from information on a particular Post, in the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) program.\u00a0 Then, when someone enters a word or phrase appearing on that Post in the search engine window, it will be more visible to the search process.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Setting it up also involves creating and correcting navigation links, both internally and externally.\u00a0 This should lessen the problem with broken links.<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0 [<\/span>I’ve also learned how to make “Tiny URLs” to reduce problems with long links breaking!]<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

When it’s enabled, I will announce it here and on the Updates Page.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
