Popular Sovereignty is under Frontal Attack!<\/span>\u00a0 The very foundation of Our Liberty is preserved by the God-given Right of We the Sovereign People to Self-Defense.\u00a0 The Second Amendment to the Constitution\u00a0 guarantees<\/em> that Right by prohibiting government’s infringement in any manner!\u00a0 (It doesn’t give<\/em> us the Right, only guarantees it will not be infringed as long as the Constitution stands…!<\/span>)

      \n<\/strong><\/span>A.\u00a0 Every place guns are not restricted, crime committed with a gun drops:<\/strong><\/span>
      \nSwitzerland requires that every household have a gun.\u00a0 The government even supplies the guns!\u00a0 Switzerland also has the lowest crime involving the use of a gun in the WORLD!
      \nB.\u00a0 Every place guns are restricted or banned, crime committed by criminals using a gun, rises.\u00a0 Gun Free Zones in America invite criminals to bring their own guns and fire at-will!<\/span>\u00a0 As of the terrible crime at Newtown, Connecticut, ALL BUT ONE of the recent mass killings in America, have been in Gun Free Zones.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Those prosecuting the War on the Second Amendment, loudly proclaim that new Gun Control measures must be imposed.\u00a0 Targetting so-called “assault rifles” – a gross misnomer believed by those who do not know the facts – they declare that sale of these weapons must be banned, along with high-capacity magazines, and strict limits on the number of bullets in the magazine!<\/span>\u00a0 <\/strong>And, yet:<\/strong>

      \n<\/strong>Further<\/span>, they choose to ignore or deny the FACT that criminals do NOT buy guns at the local gun store or gun show!\u00a0 Statistics claimed by Gun Control Advocates regarding background checks, are grossly in error, or false.
      \n<\/span><\/strong>Also from the above article<\/span>,<\/strong><\/span> “…cited data from the National Criminal Justice Reference Service (NCJRS), which found in 2010, of 6 million Americans who applied to buy a gun, less than 2 percent — or 76,000 — were denied. Of those, the ATF referred 4,732 cases for prosecution. Of them, just 44 were prosecuted, and only 13 were punished for lying or buying a gun illegally.”
      \n<\/strong><\/span>And, from the same article<\/span>, in the spirit of JURY NULLIFICATION:<\/strong><\/span>

Juries, in these cases, have a tendency to question whether any harm was done, because the individual did not get the gun.”<\/span>

    5. They falsely blame<\/span> an inanimate object for committing,<\/strong><\/span> “Gun Violence!”<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0 The gun has no consciousness nor mobility; it cannot choose nor perpetrate violence.\u00a0 Only the criminal wielding it chooses to commit violence.
