President Reagan did not IMAGINE America’s relationship to the Creator of the Universe. The unprecedented success of Our Nation, Under God, occurred precisely because we, as a nation, believed in God and based our national character upon His precepts, and in a deep, abiding, faith in Him.

“I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.”

No, not everything about America has been perfect.

But, in contrast to every other nation on Earth, our foundation lies uniquely in the justice that only exists in God.  The Heart of America ever-reaches for improvement in accordance with God’s will and purpose.  Because we are a Nation of Free Individuals, under God, we don’t always succeed, but the Heart of America desires to do what is Right.

The perfect nation will never be found on Earth, because Man and Creation are Fallen.  Man cannot create “heaven on earth.” [1]  Even until the Last Day, no nation can be perfect.  But, with God’s Love, Help, and Providence, America can excel as the best possible nation on Earth, once again.  [ [1] See “WHO IS Obama? We can sincerely strive to do all that we can, with God’s Help and Guidance, to live our lives as Free Individuals, accountable to Him for what we do with our Liberty.  We can choose renewal as a Free Nation conceived in Liberty [2], as a Reborn United States of America.  In which, we can seek to truly Live in Freedom exercising our God-given Liberty, with a limited government shackled to deny its voracious desire to consume the Sovereign People it serves. The first document created in the name of the united States of America,
declared without equivocation or apology, that:

“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain inalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness [Right to pursue and hold Property].–That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed,–That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.” And, its last words, above the signatures: “And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.” [“The Declaration of Independence” – “The unanimous Declaration of the thirteen united States of America”  See Historical Documents Section on this site.]

American Freedom is not the anarchic chaos of the 1960s’

demands for license to “do your own thing” without regard for the overall economic, physical, and spiritual health of our Nation – which presupposes the same overall health and the right to pursue property for every Individual.  The Liberty God creates us to live, is not enslavement to our base fleshly desires, but freedom from the shackles of sin and death that hold us captive until we Believe and are Liberated to live for God’s will and purpose, instead – which guarantees to each the true happiness found only in Him.

Too often people allege that the Constitution forbids God’s presence

in any of our public discourse.  However, the historical record is replete with proof to the contrary.  As one such proof, reference the Preamble to the Constitution of the United States:

“We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare , and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.”  [See the Historical Documents Section of this site.]  [The “general Welfare” clause is NOT a license to create a collectivist welfare state in our Free Republic!!!]

The phrase, “…and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity,…” is a declaration that Liberty entails “Blessings” from our Creator God, and is acknowledgement that these Blessings are desirable to be secured to the founders, themselves, and to their Posterity – all those who have come after them – and who have continually enjoyed the Rights guaranteed by the Constitution they framed and implemented to the benefit of All Americans.

Until now!

The First Amendment to the Constitution[2] has staggered under unconstitutional demands for government to muzzle the our Right to Freely Exercise our Religion – meaning, Christianity and other religions that do not advocate overthrow of the United States of America – “Free Exercise” does not mean freedom to study and exercise one’s religion solely in the confines of one’s home!  [ [2] “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;…”  First Amendment.  See Historical Documents Section.]

It does not extend to such “religions” as islam, which is a fully integrated tyrannical, political, military, and enslaving religious system that goes far-beyond the American concept of a society whose government is subservient to the Will of the People based upon Biblical Values and Truth.

Islam uses the collectivist tactic of calling a thing what it is not, to deceive and conquer under the guise of something else entirely.  This is NOT the concept of “religion” intended by the Founders or the Sovereign People who voted to ratify the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.  The First Amendment does not give license to enemies of America’s Liberty to overthrow our Republic using our own Constitution against us!  Thomas Jefferson owned a koran to know the Enemy!  

Further, the authoritarian attempts of “our” government

to Establish the Religion of Secular Humanism, and to enable subversion of our Nation by that tyrannical system known as islam with its unconstitutional societal laws – Sharia – and its “scripture” based mandate to abolish all political, military, and religious systems outside islam, blatantly violate the “Free exercise clause” of the First Amendment.

Collectivist/Progressives have succeeded in promoting the current state-of-affairs in which Moral Absolutes are denied, and Values and Virtues derived from The Holy Bible denigrated and demonized.  America can not long continue in the face of this War on God and His Holy Scriptures, without awaking, repenting and turning back to Him.

America is under attack from within as well as from without.  We would do well to hearken to the words of the psalmist, King David, and turn back to the One, True God – Creator of the Universe!

Psalm 5:

Hear my words, HASHEM, perceive my thoughts.
Hearken to the sound of my outcry, my King and my God,
for to You do I pray.
HASHEM, at dawn hear my voice, at dawn as I arrange
[my prayer] before You, and I wait expectantly.
For You are not a God who desires wickedness, no evil
sojourns with You.
Roisterers cannot stand firm before Your eyes,
You despise all evildoers.
May You doom the speakers of deception;
HASHEM abhors a bloodthirsty and deceitful man.
But I, through Your abundant kindness I will enter Your house;

We must pray for Revival by God’s Holy Spirit in America,

and for a return to the Foundation of the Greatest Nation ever to exist upon Earth.  Without her special relationship with God, as her Spiritual Sovereign under Whom We The American People hold Popular Sovereignty, we will fall – and that Fall will be devastating indeed.

“…if my people who are called by my name humble themselves, and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land….”    2 Corinthians 7:14

For further documentary proof of our Biblical Foundation and its acknowledgement of God, I received an E-mail message listing excerpts, appearing below, drawn from our State Constitutions.  They add emphasis to President Reagan’s words, and are compelling witnesses to, and confirmation of, the true foundation of the United States of America:
